I AM A BLOGGING LOSER!!!

We have been having so much fun this summer, I just haven't taken the time to share it with all of you... I am sure most of my friends have given up and moved on to new a more consistent bloggers, but for those of you die hards.... I LOVE YOU for not giving up on me!!

Here are some summer pics, from our trip to Oregon to see my Dad in celebration of his SEVENTIETH BIRTHDAY!!!!! I will post some from the 4th of July as well as the other things we have been doing instead of blogging!! I will try to repent, but life is short, and playing is FUN!! Soon to be a Deacon!!!!

Happy Birthday Dallin!!!

I can't believe it is already here!! No more cub scouts, no more primary, no more elementary school... already a pre-teen. My baby boy is twelve!! I can't believe he is already that old!!

He is the delight in our lives. Dallin can cheer us up, and make us smile in the hardest of times. He is a kind hearted person that thinks of others....(just ask all the elderly women in the (neighborhood).

He could be anything he wants to be!! He is smart, talented, fun-loving, athletic, and incredibly handsome( he looks like his Dad) .

By the way, he was elected 6th grade student body officer (hopefully he won't be a career politician)!!

We love you Dallin!!! We are all so proud of you. We are proud of your decision to serve your father in Heaven, and for the person you are. Happy 12th Birthday!!!!

GOOD BYE TO A GREAT FRIEND!! We Love You Babe!!

It is never easy to say good bye to an old friend.........but, this was so difficult. Babe started to get more and more easily irritated.......diagnosis???? Cancer...... so the day before we went to Oregon, we took her to our trusted vet...................We love you babe! You were the most amazing dog we could ever have wanted. You were good tempered and always loved.....We miss you!!

We still can't believe you are gone.

I know, it has been months!!

Summer is finally here...... I have been busy since school got out... I went to Oregon to see my dad.... I miss him already ( I will post pictures later). I also get to move to second grade next year!!! I am so excited!!! I think it will be a wonderful move! I love the little ones. At any rate, I will be posting a bit more now that summer is here. I am trying to read all your posts. I apologize for not keeping up, it has been all I could do to just take care of things around my home. Here's to a wonderful summer.

It's been a long wait......We got a miracle!!!

For twelve years there has been a deep hole in our family circle. Samantha Nichelle was taken from her parents home.... many details I won't publish made it so she wasn't allowed to live with family members. It has been heart breaking to our family.

We wondered if the memory of a six year-old could possibly bring her to find us. On her 18th birthday in December, we set up a blog so if she wanted to find us she could......

The gaping hole in our family circle was instantly mended on Thursday night. I had just walked in the house from our spring break trip. The exhaustion I felt was relieved by a phone call from Carrie. "Samantha has found us!!!" She was searching for us too.

She wondered if we remembered her??? Are you kidding? We missed her everyday.

Yesterday, we went to dinner with her.

She was just as delightful as any vision we had of her. She was perfect!

What a glorious day!! I still can't believe we found her, and she found us. Her name now is BriAnna....

We love you BriAnna. Thank you for letting us back into your life. You are an amazing young woman. I know Heavenly Father brought you back into our lives. I look forward to getting to know you better. I am grateful to your adoptive family for giving you a good life.

I think I had a glimpse into Heaven. What a glorious blessing it is to be reunited with lost loved ones. The wait seemed eternal.

Life is a wonderful thing!!

She's FIFTEEN?????????? Happy Birthday to you Kenny!!

It's hard to believe my little blue eyed dimpled girl is already fifteen. This has been an exciting year for her (and me).

She is now in high school, on the ballroom dance team, is still clogging, was in the school musical, and wrote her first instrumental piece.

She has also discovered much about herself this year. She is a fantastic young woman, and I am ever so proud to be her mother. She often chooses good choices even when it isn't popular.Here is a tribute her sisters made for her tonight while I was on a date (Dallin was the camera man)......I think it says it all!

We love you Mckenzie!!! Happy Birthday!!

Finally Posting my TAG!! Sorry Jan

OK, this is a game of tag and I"ve been tagged. You're suppose to explain the picture first. This is Matilee, this last fall. Bryan and I took her to Jackson Hole with us on a business trip. She was just getting over a bladder infectionso we took her with us and left the other children at home. We were visiting Bryan's high school friend, and she fell asleep (still obviously not feeling well) on the couch watching TV. She is even adorable when she sleeps!
